Registration and Badge Collection
Please collect your accreditation badge before the event. We recommend collecting it as early as possible to ensure a smooth start to your experience.

Your media badge provides access to all event areas except:
You are welcome to experience the Opening Ceremony at 10:00 on Monday 2 February. However, broadcasting and photography are not permitted, and no equipment may be brought in. The same applies to the Welcome Reception at 17:00.
Dedicated spaces for media are located at:
Media Centre: Room 105 Level 1
Press Conference: Room 106 Level 1
Media Centre
The Media Centre offers workspaces, printer (if required), light refreshments, and onsite support from the LNG2026 Media Team.
Lunch for Media
Complimentary lunch is provided daily in Room G01, Ground Level.

Photography and Filming Guidelines
Filming and photography are permitted throughout LNG2026. Please follow instructions from event staff and respect all signage indicating restricted filming zones. Tripods and professional equipment are permitted unless otherwise indicated by security.
Filming and photography are not permitted in any closed-door meetings, Executive Delegate Lounges, Speaker Rooms, and the Opening Ceremony on Monday 2 February.
Live broadcasting is permitted in designated areas of the venue. However, it is not permitted during Plenary, Spotlight, or Technical Sessions at any time.
