Onsite Registration and Badge Collection
Make sure to pick up your badge before the event to start your LNG2026 experience smoothly.

Accredited Delegate Badge Collection
To collect your badge, please bring:
- Your registration confirmation email with the QR Code
- A valid passport or Qatar ID (QID)
Group Badge Collection
Available for all attendee types, excluding Trade Visitors.
Collection on behalf of colleagues is allowed with their QR code and written authorisation sent to registration@lng2026.com confirming the number of badges, attendee names, and the representative collecting them.
- Groups of 9 badges or less: same-day collection
- Groups of 10 badges or more: next-day collection
For security reasons, all badge reprints are only available with official authorisation.
Trade Visitors Badge Collection
We recommend collecting your badges as early as possible to ensure a smooth start to your experience.
- 2 February: 12:00 – 17:00
- 3-4 February: 9:00 – 17:00
- 5 February: 9:00 – 15:00
Important:
- For security reasons, all badge reprints are only available with official authorisation
- No changes to names are allowed. All event badges will display the participant’s name precisely as it appears in their passport
- The required dress code is business attire
