1. How do I register for Exhibitor Passes?
All Exhibitor Passes must be registered through the Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration Portal. Detailed registration instructions have been sent to your company’s main point of contact for LNG2026.
2. When and where can I collect my badges?
Details regarding badge collection and onsite registration will be shared closer to the event. We encourage all exhibitors to complete their registrations in advance to avoid any delays onsite.
3. Can I purchase additional Exhibitor Passes?
No. Additional Exhibitor passes are not available for purchase for this event.
4. Can I attend the Opening Ceremony or conference sessions with an Exhibitor badge?
No. Access to the Opening Ceremony and conference sessions is limited to Executive Delegate or Technical Delegate badge holders.
5. Can Exhibitor Passes be shared or transferred?
No. Passes are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered individual.
6. Can I attend the event without completing accreditation?
No. Accreditation is mandatory for all attendees and must be completed before attending the event.
7. If I am not able to attend, can I have a replacement take my place at the event?
Yes, you can appoint a replacement to join the event if you are unable to attend. You will need to request replacement by contacting your company’s designated point of contact for LNG2026.
