General information
WIFI
Free WIFI is available throughout the venue.
Food & Drink
The Spider Café is centrally located on the first floor of the QNCC, and offers snacks, refreshments and an assortment of desserts. The café is open from 08:00 to 17:00
Prayer Room
Prayer rooms for the exhibition halls are on level 1 on the left and right side of Spider Cafe. Additional Prayer rooms are on ground level, east of the main entrance.
Banking Services
ATM services for exhibitors/other guests can be found on level 1, next to the spider cafe during the live event.
Lost Property
All lost and found articles should be handed over to the Concierge desk located at Level 1 opposite VVIP entrance / Exhibition Hall 6 QNCC Service Desk.
Are children allowed to enter?
The exhibition is restricted to 18 years and above.

Q1. How do I get Qatar visa?
General Visa Regulations
Qatar is one of the most accessible destinations in the Middle East, offering simplified visa procedures. Depending on your nationality, you may be eligible for visa-free entry or required to complete a quick online application via the Hayya platform.

Visa-Free Entry
Citizens of over 95 countries, including the US, UK, and Schengen states, can obtain a visa waiver upon arrival. No prior arrangements are needed, provided you meet the following requirements:
- A valid passport (minimum six-month validity)
- A confirmed return ticket
- Proof of accommodation in Qatar
- Health insurance covering the duration of your stay

Applying for a Visa
If you are not eligible for a visa on arrival, you must apply online via the Hayya platform. Follow the instructions outlined in the link to complete your application.
Q2. How do I get to the venue?
Drive: You can drive to QNCC. Here is the map for QNCC: Link
Taxi: Taxis are conveniently available at the airports, hotels, and shopping malls. Taxi services are available via Mowasalat taxis known as “Karwa”
Metro: The Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) is accessible via the Doha Metro. Follow these steps to reach QNCC conveniently:
- Take the Doha Metro’s Red Line – Board a train heading towards Al Riffa Station and stop at the Qatar National Library Station.
- During the event period, a shuttle bus service will be available from Qatar National Library Station to the main exhibition hall entrance at QNCC.
Alternative Transport – Taxis and ride-hailing services (Uber, Karwa, Careem) are available outside Al Riffa Station for a quick ride to QNCC.
Q3.Is parking available at the venue?
The multi storey car park is located to the west of the QNCC and can accommodate up to 3,200 vehicles with direct access to all areas of the QNCC by internal elevators and stairs.
Logistics and Services
Q1. Can I access the venue before opening hours to set up my booth?
You can access the venue 8 AM onwards on Day 1 of the event.
Q2. When can I set up and dismantle my booth?
Please refer to the Exhibition schedule in E-Zone menu options.
Q3. What is included in my booth package?
If you have chosen to go for the standard fitted stands, that will be built by the Official Exhibition Management and Stand Contractor, Mass Production. Please refer to the exhibitor manual or contact Mass Production.
Q4. Can I bring my own stand contractor?
Custom stands must be approved by the Official Exhibition Management and Stand Contractor, Mass Production. Exhibitors using external contractors must submit designs for approval and comply with venue regulations.
Q5. How do I order additional furniture, electricity, or internet?
You can order extra services via the Online Exhibitor Form Portal or by contacting our Official Exhibition Management and Stand Contractor, Mass Production.
Q6. Is there on-site storage available?
For on-site storage facilities please contact our Official Freight Forwarder and Onsite Freight Handler, BCC Logistics.
Health and Safety
Q1. What are the event’s health and safety protocols?
All exhibitors must comply with venue and event safety guidelines. Details will be provided in the Exhibitor Manual.
Q2. Is security provided for my booth?
General venue security will be in place, but exhibitors are responsible for securing valuables within their booth. To order security services, you can contact the Official Venue, Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC).
