Volkmar joined WinGD in 2014 as a General Manager of Sales, taking on the role of Director of Sales in 2019. He is responsible for WinGD’s global sales activities, providing expertise, leadership and guidance to its Global Sales Network while cultivating relationships with current and potential customers.
Volkmar holds an Executive MBA degree from the European School of Management and Technology (Berlin, ESMT), a postgraduate Degree in Business Engineering (St.Gallen, Switzerland) and a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering (Aachen, Germany). He has over 15 years of experience in the two-stroke sector having previously worked at MAN in the two-stroke turbocharger business for 10 years.
