Victor has served as the Engineering and Commissioning Manager for the NFE EPC-1 on the NFXP-NFE project, seconded from ExxonMobil to QatarEnergy LNG. He has 34 years’ experience on execution roles in the oil & gas industry, the last 25 in LNG projects from concept selection through to start-up including Gorgon, QatarGas2 and NFE LNG Projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science chemical engineering from Tulane University and a Masters of Science in chemical engineering from Rice University
