Ejeye Toju is the CEO of StarkeHausKonzept, a Nigerian real estate development company pioneering the integration of clean energy infrastructure into residential estates. With a background in both Law and Education, Toju brings a rare blend of legal expertise, policy awareness, and strategic planning to real estate innovation across Africa.

He began his career with LAPIN Consults, contributing to the Petroleum Industry Bill for Nigeria’s House of Representatives, and later worked at A. Kofi & Associates and Saframic Homes Ltd before launching his own firm in 2019. At StarkeHausKonzept, he’s building estates equipped with gas pipelines, smart meters, and LNG stations, aligning with the federal Decade of Gas Initiative.

Toju holds degrees from the University of Abuja and the National Open University of Nigeria. His mission is to become Africa’s leading clean-energy housing developer by 2040. He’s 35, faith-driven, and plays golf for leisure.
