Dr. Brooks is an applied mathematician and energy economist who founded RBAC, Inc., to serve energy-focused organizations with advanced energy market modeling tools.
He designed GPCM for use in North American energy market analysis and forecasting. He developed G2M2 for use in global gas and LNG by industry analysts and policy makers around the world.
He has a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. in Management/Operations Research from MIT.
