Narelle Dale

Narelle Dale graduated with First Class Honors in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University and joined Woodside Energy over 20 years ago. She has worked predominantly in LNG Operations onsite at Karratha Gas Plant and Pluto LNG Park. As a subject matter expert for Cryogenic Heat Exchangers and LNG processing, she specializes in upset response, operational troubleshooting and HAZOP / LOPA. Narelle’s experience spans frontline engineering, LNG processing, and complex utility systems optimization. She is recognized internationally for her technical advice and active professional networks. Narelle also contributes to the community through STEM programs and student development networks. A seasoned public speaker, she is a regular guest speaker and MC in community and professional events. Narelle enjoys free diving and spearfishing in the Dampier Archipelago where she lives with her husband and two teenage daughters.
