H.E. Mr. Masoud Mahmoud Suleman is a petroleum engineering graduate from Libya and completed his technical training in the United States. He has over 20 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector.
He previously served as Chairman of Sirte Oil Company in Libya and was appointed as a Board Member of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in 2022. In 2025, he was appointed as Chairman of the National Oil Corporation of Libya.
In addition, he has served on the Owners’ Management Committee for both Mellitah and Zueitina Oil Companies.
