Mario has more than 30 years of diversified experience in international and domestic project execution in the energy industry and infrastructures. Since 2024, he has served as Technip Energies’ Group Senior Vice President for the Gas and Low-Carbon Energies Business Line with global accountability for strategy, business and P&L on gas monetization and LNG projects. Previously, he served as SVP Global Delivery in charge of delivering projects and solutions for the entire group while from 2019 to 2021 he was Senior Vice President Americas. From 2014 to 2019, Mario was Executive Program Director for the multibillion-dollar Sasol petrochemical complex in Lake Charles, Louisiana, USA. From 2010 to 2013, he was Vice President in charge of the Regional Business Unit for the Russian Federation, Southeast Europe and Central Asia. Prior to that, he was Project Director Oil Sands Upgrader Project in Canada and for the Cartagena Refinery.

Mario graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from Napoli University and is a professional engineer in Alberta, Canada.
