Joshua Divin
Divin joined ABS in 2007 as an engineer and has held various engineering leadership and program management positions around the globe, including in Houston, Shanghai and
Singapore. Divin is passionate about innovation and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance client solutions and drive advancement in the marine industry. He is known for
his ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds and develop high-performing teams, helping him progress through several leadership positions during his time with ABS.
He advanced to the role of Government Program Manager and later Director of Navy Programs, where he was instrumental in initiating and developing a condition-based class
approach for government vessels. He then went on to serve as Vice President of Engineering for the Americas, followed by Senior Vice President of Western Operations.
Divin has a foundation in electrical engineering and experience in naval systems design, marine and offshore construction, and reliability-centered condition-based programs. He
holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
