José holds a MSc in Naval Architecture, and an Executive Master in Energy Management. Mostly worked for the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry in his 24 years career and his past positions include asset integrity management for Congo offshore units, business development director for South East Asia and project director for the Digital Twin program.
Has supported floating LNG projects in all continents and represented IACS at the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency).
