Joaquim is the managing director of Vector Beta SLU and Numxt Consult Ltd. He is author of the upcoming PFPNet’s “Cryogenic Spill Protection (CSP) Guidance” (2025) and involved in new industry Recommended Practices (regulatiory) for cryogenic spill risk. He has been working in LNG Safety and Risk Management for almost 2 decades (incl. the early offshore FLNG installations). Includes: accident investigations, regulators advisory, cryogenic spill industry standard/guidances/papers, cryogenic JIPs.
