Gianni is a Technology Innovation Engineer with a diverse background spanning Life Sciences, Energy, and Industrial sectors. He holds a Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a PhD in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Pisa, with research in microfluidics and nano-sensors. After consulting for SMEs, he transitioned to industry in 2014, contributing to advanced API 618 and LDPE compressor design at the former GE Oil & Gas now Baker Hughes. Since 2019, Gianni has focused on emerging technologies for hydrogen, carbon capture, and clean energy within the Research & Technology Organization.
