Frank Del Nogal

Dr. Frank Del Nogal has focused his career on the development of natural gas resources and on reducing the energy intensity of processing facilities. Currently a Project Engineering Advisor with bp, he provides technical assurance and engineering expertise to bp's LNG, gas and power businesses, advises on project feasibility, execution, risks and operational performance in close collaboration with the commercial, shipping and upstream groups. A process engineer by background, he has previously held multiple process roles with bp and other LNG developers and contractors. Frank holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Universidad Sim'n Bol'var in Venezuela and Master's and PhD degrees from UMIST/The University of Manchester, UK.
