Dong Liang is a Research Fellow at the CNOOC Energy Economics Institute, specializing in Energy geopolitics, overseas investment and LNG infrastructure economics. He holds a Mater Degree in International Politics from Dartmouth College (2022). He worked in the World LNG Report Task Force for the IGU between 2022 and 2025.
