We are proud to announce the successful qualification of our 10”-1500# ball valve for ExxonMobil’s prototype qualification test. This marks a powerful testament to TRK’s engineering depth, innovation, and manufacturing excellence.
What sets this valve apart is its ability to operate across an extreme temperature range from -100°C to +210°C. This wide thermal tolerance is very demanding and uncommon, especially for a custom-engineered valve built from the ground up in Southeast Asia. This build-to-order valve further highlights TRK VALVES’ strength in delivering innovative, tailored solutions for critical applications.
Through intensive collaboration between our in-house R&D team leveraging our very own Finite Element Analysis (FEA), we engineered the valve’s structural integrity and sealing performance under real-world dynamic conditions. From cryogenic contraction to thermal expansion, every critical parameter was simulated, validated, and refined. Ensuring optimal performance where failure is not an option.
